Valmont's 10.75" OD ERW (electric resistance welded) steel tubing is produced to a variety of ASTM specifications including A513, A787, A135, A500, A847, A53 and A268. The recent addition of this size to our size capabilities gives our customers a source for 10.75” light wall steel tubing. With wall thickness capabilities beginning at .083" nominal (14 gauge) and going up to .280" nominal, no other tubing producer can offer such a broad wall thickness offering to customers in this size.
Our frequent roll cycles and lower mill minimums in this size give you flexibility to better run your business. Produced in hot rolled (HR), pickled and oiled (P&O), cold rolled (CR), aluminized (AL), pre-galvanized (GAL), hot dip galvanized (HDG) and stainless 409 (SS) finishes, we also produce 10.75" (273.05 mm) in a variety of chemistries. Our chemistry offerings include 1006, 1008, 1010, 1015, 1020, 1021, and 1026 carbon steel plus specialty chemistries such as weathering steel, high strength low alloy (HSLA) and aluminum killed drawn quality (AKDQ).
